Turbo Pascal
Turbo Pascal | Richard Mojena
1 post
Using the power of Turbo Pascal 6.0 - the latest Turbo release - this book is based on three guiding principles: top-down design from the start, cohesive treatment of topics, and flexibility of coverage. Core design and development topics are introduced early and expanded throughout.

Deaccessioning: my god, this book was so important to me at one point. #cataloging

julesG 🙈🙈🙈 Goodnees, that's one of the languages I've definitely forgotten all about. 5y
TimSpalding @julesG Pascal, or Turbo Pascal? Back in the day, Pascal was taught in schools, and available for APs. My own language progression went Basic > Pascal > Perl > PHP, with excursions off into Hypercard's language (Hypersoft?) and of course JS. 5y
julesG Probably most computer languages I have learned. Basic > Pascal > Turbo Pascal.... Learned to use Linux/Unix (we only had white on black text only computers) and later HTML 5y
julesG But since I've never needed all of it for the past 15 years at least, I've forgotten most of it. 5y
julesG Just remembered that I even wrote a seminar paper using Latex, back before 2k. 5y
