panThis book was not for me. It‘s a fiction written from a first person point of view about Jack Johnson. He was the first African-American heavy weight champion. Sadly the writing didn‘t grab me because it was a lot about what the author thought Jack Johnson was thinking. Hate that! Not to mention reading about Jack Johnson didn‘t make me over the moon to discover him. He‘s vulgar, egotistical, impetuous andmore during Jim CrowNot down for the cause
