I enjoyed the action, adventure and romance in this volume, and especially the gorgeous artwork. The story, however, left me wanting more. There were enough elements introduced to last for a long epic adventure, and wrapping it up in two volumes did not do them justice. Court intrigue, magic, Poppy‘s mother‘s storyline, Rellen, were a few elements of many that deserved more. If this had more volumes, I would have loved it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1/2

3.5/5⭐ I just wanted more: more complexity, more character/relationship development, more volumes (really disappointed it's the end). However, the art is stunning, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE Poppy's character. One of my favorite female characters for her strong will, determination, and adherence to her personal values. The conclusion was satisfying, just thin. #bookemon

Super happy with today's dinner and also want to show off my last issue of this beautiful comic. I wanted to wait to read it but could not control myself. I love how it ended but am so sad that this crazy ride is over. I will be getting the trade of this beauty and probably the hardback, if it is ever offered. That is how much I love this comic.
