45 hours for volume 1. Yes, I bailed. Don't get me wrong, I like Poe but this is just too much. If you are a super avid fan, I would recommend but otherwise- oof- get the smaller collections! That's what I'm going to do!

This is my 1927 edition of Edgar Allan Poe‘s complete works. A family friend who works at our local recycling center found it in a bin of paper. She knew I enjoyed books, so she gave it to me. That was over ten years ago. It‘s a lovely tome and has given me a great deal of pleasure over the years. #Raven #BlackCatChallenge @Clwojick
