Is there anything more exciting than book orders?!? I have literally been waiting for the day that my kids start bringing them home. TODAY WAS THAT DAY!!! Genevieve has already started circling all the books she wants. I told her we will narrow it down to three but idk, I feel like maybe I should be more generous. 😂 Getting your book orders delivered at school was literally THE BEST!

TEArificbooks I just placed my order online, when I got to the teachers book club page there was a coupon code for a free book if you spend $25. Fill your cart, add coupon code, then pick your free book. 6y

Bookdragon69 I would beg my parents to let me order at least one book. I can still remember how proud and excited I would feel in elementary school when the teacher would call my name when handing out the books. 🤗 6y

SleepyDragon Usually if you order online, the teacher gets a free book for the classroom, so we usually order online now. Plus you aren't limited to the flyers. I must say, I admire your restraint. I went way overboard when my oldest brought them home from prek. Last year, I made him earn a spending budget by keeping a reading log, bc we were going broke. Lol 6y

SleepyDragon I should add that my son is 10.5 now, and the earning a spending budget idea was also an attempt to keep his TBR manageable. So basically, do as I say (read the books you own) not as I do (put them on a shelf and check out library books instead). Lol The great thing about going overboard at this age is that younger siblings inherit a library. 😁 6y

Cinfhen Such good memories!!!! Of course my kids wanted the My Little Glitter Pony or Pokémon books and I would cringe!!!!! But books are books and I always got to choose one too ? 6y
