So, I want to start with the fact that I love vampires and vampire stories. That is why I choose to LISTEN to this book...that was my mistake. The narrator was Australian trying to do an American accent, may not bother some, but it got on my nerves. I didn't expect the next great American novel, so the story was good enough. I think I would have enjoyed it more if I would have read it though.
