My #newyearwhodis hold came in. It's been many years since I read Anne Frank so looking forward to revisiting in graphic novel form. I plan to pass it along to my daughter afterwards.
@dariazeoli we are well matched! This and the YA novel by Clare Kennan are the only two books on your list I haven't read. 🙂 I plan to read both but wondered if you have some other faves from years gone by you'd like to suggest?
@monalyisha

monalyisha Oh man! Hope you guys are able to find some more books to share. 💖 5y
Reviewsbylola I just read this one and was enamored with it. I got it from my library, and I immediately purchased my own copy for my daughters. 5y
merelybookish @monalyisha I'm sure it will work out. Two good books is pretty good. 🙂 5y

merelybookish @Reviewsbylola That's great to hear! My daughter is 12. A Holocaust survivor spoke at her school in the fall and she was affected pretty deeply. I feel she's at a good age to read Anne Frank and she does like graphic novels. 5y
dariazeoli Oh wow! Well, here‘s my favorites shelf on Goodreads: https://www.goodreads.com/review/list/2827215-daria-zeoli?shelf=favorites 5y
dariazeoli At the end of 2018, I also wound up really enjoying Michelle Obama‘s book and 5y
