Thank you so much for these wonderful recipes @Hazel2019 !! It was such a beautiful surprise to get in the mail (that I hadn't picked up for 3 days due to back injury) I love, love, LOVE tomatoes and mozzarella so that one might be lunch tomorrow!!!

In the process of writing my own cookbook based on the food I cook my gorgeous other half. Everything ranging from pasta, curry, seafood but mainly includes Mexican and chicken wings. So super enjoying using my slytherin pen for something useful 🐍🔪🌮🍗

I know the email said to mail July 7th but I won‘t be able to get to the post office tomorrow. So they are being mailed today. @bullbunny they are headed your way. They should arrive Tuesday.

Here you go @Cinfhen @batsy @CarolynM in case you‘re feeling peckish! I usually do 1/4 cup gherkins and fewer olives and no pine nuts but I roll it in chopped nuts not herbs. Basically as long as you‘ve got the grated cheddar and lots of spring onions you can add in whatever bits you fancy I reckon! #bringbackthe70s

CarolynM Fantastic! I'll definitely try this 6y
batsy Nice!! Thanks for sharing—a cheese ball/log seems to be made with all the things I adore 😁 6y
Cinfhen Your cheese log looks classy!! Thanks for sharing the recipe 🙏🏻 6y
