A DEADLY WOMAN A POWERFUL MANTHE HUNGRY SEASON Nicola of Ashby stages a daring escape to avoid marrying the man who killed her father. To no avail. Even trained to the sword, she cannot elude marriage to this knight who is as much her match as her mate. Until Gilliam FitzHenry besieged Ashby and claimed it as his own, he had no hope of home and family. Now, Nicola's home and hand are his, but if he is to ever own her heart it will take every bit of his natural talent for taming wild creatures."SPRING'S FURY is an enthralling captive/captor style romance with that special Denise Domning touch." Wrapped up my spring reads for #booked2020. I loved and highly recommend “Know My Name,” “Vampires in the Lemon Grove” was strange and compelling as well. Overall I enjoyed all the books I read for this season. @Cinfhen @BarbaraTheBibliophage @4thhouseontheleft

Cinfhen I love your graphics 🤩Woohoo 🙌🏻congrats on completing #Spring #Booked2020 🌻🧡🌈📚This is your #OfficialSecondQuarterEntry 🎊🎊

Cinfhen Also, nice to “see” you!! Hope all is well with you and the family 😊 4y
Cathythoughts Well done 🥳 Ikeep seeing Know My Name , but I‘m not going there for some reason .... I think I‘ll try now & also will look up the Lemon Grove book you liked 👍🏻 4y

Blaire @Cinfhen thanks! I‘ve been having fun with a new photo app - Snapseed. We‘re all doing well and hanging in through these wild times. Hope all is good with you. 4y
Blaire @Cathythoughts I was so impressed by the writing in Know My Name and how well she was able to convey a victim‘s experience not just of the rape but also of the court system and its impact on her life and her friend‘s lives. Lemon Grove is short stories which I know not everyone is into but hers are so strange I found most of them really interesting and weird in a good way. 4y
Cathythoughts I‘m going to try Know My Name , I feel an affinity with you my fellow Litten , I‘ll keep you posted ❤️👍🏻 4y
Cathythoughts My nephew is an Attorney in the US ... I will read this first & then send it on to him. 4y
Blaire @Cathythoughts do keep me posted. We discussed it in our book club which is filled with attorneys and it was enlightening to get the in-depth victim perspective. 4y
Blaire @Cathythoughts also the affinity is shared. 🥰 4y
BarbaraTheBibliophage Great job!! 4y

Growing up I never understood why all the Spring ads and promos showed the season as bright green with flowers and leafy trees. I realized later it's not only because they were trying to sell us things but also that those people creating the ads and promos didn't live in Minnesota. 4 inches down and several more to come. 😧❄️😕

Wishing all Littens a wonderful March.

My reading goal is to finish the books I started and set aside in February. I'll post my entire March TBR list in the next couple of days. What are your reading goals?

Happy Reading everyone!

CindyRene Those are some great goals! My March goals are to finish #BOOKED2019 Winter and get a small head start on spring. also starting #LMPBC for my first time ever 😁😁. Gonna be BIG fun! Oh oh & kicking off with #twelveintwo read-a-thon 😎!! 5y

It is wishful thinking to be planning my #Spring goals for #Booked2019 as I watch it snow. But Friday is March so here are my tbr for “Spring”

Cinfhen It is crazy to believe it‘s almost Spring but I‘m not complaining!!!! Nice choices - I LOVED YOU & 5y
BarbaraTheBibliophage Hey, just FYI, our #booked2019 Spring season doesn‘t start until April. Of course, you can read ahead but don‘t feel pressured. You‘re a month early!! 😍 5y
Nessavamusic @BarbaraTheBibliophage that works, as two of these don‘t come out until April. Just planning ahead! 5y

Cinfhen Great choices to look forward to. Do you own the books or will you be using library?? Thanks for answering @MelissaSue81 question @AmyG 🥰#Booked2019 is a year long challenge but you can read any prompt at any time. We just broke it into quarters to make it more “manageable” but Littens are such voracious readers they are just breezing through the prompts😉🥳👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 5y
MelissaSue81 @Cinfhen - excellent! Good to know. 5y
Butterfinger @Cinfhen, you asked a while ago: I don't know why I didn't answer. I would think half come from my tbr shelf and half from the library. 5y

@BarbaraTheBibliophage #sassysunday

1. Prefer dry but live with humidity. 💧
2. May 🌻🌹 I love to see all the spring flowers.
3. YES!
4. OMG!!! So over used. What happened to the rest of the English vocabulary?

jouleian I'm pretty sure my answer for #4 is 'moist'...I cringe everytime I hear it or read it bc it's a gross word. 😂😂😂 6y
Stacy_31 @jouleian I think that is a common one. It is not a pretty word. 😂😂 6y

BarbaraTheBibliophage @jouleian @stacy_31 Moist has been mentioned a few times today. Ugh. 6y
BarbaraTheBibliophage I couldn‘t agree with #4, @TheSpineView. Can we not be more creative? 6y
jouleian 😂😂😂 I cringed just writing... 6y
TheSpineView @jouleian I refuse to use it...ever! 6y
