I forgot that I read my first #booked2019 entry! Kelly Bowen is a new to me author and it was a good choice because I really liked the book. I'll definitely be reading more of her work. #romantsy
pickThis book was such a touching love story that was more than just a simple romance. It has two characters who have been bruised & scarred by life & whose hearts have been trapped away for quite some time. I adored how Rose took the humiliation that she had suffered & turned it into a positive way for uplifting for others. Rose was also able to help Eli overcome his fears.
