Are you guys ready this time? Over the course of the last 3 challenges I read more, got fitter, and lost 6 pounds!
My goals this time are:
📖 4 Audiobooks
🚶♀️ 5K steps a day
🏇 At least 5 days of physical activity. Which for me will probably be more riding. My new horse will be at the barn next Tuesday (2nd) just in time for the start of the challenge. I'll post pictures.
