Are you guys ready this time? Over the course of the last 3 challenges I read more, got fitter, and lost 6 pounds!

My goals this time are:

📖 4 Audiobooks
🚶‍♀️ 5K steps a day
🏇 At least 5 days of physical activity. Which for me will probably be more riding. My new horse will be at the barn next Tuesday (2nd) just in time for the start of the challenge. I'll post pictures.

Slowly working up to the 8K steps. This week I am checking in with 2K more than last week. I did have a donut Thursday. Someone brought them to work and I couldn't resist.

My reading is going great. Almost halfway through book 7 The Way of Kings. At 1007 pages I may not finish but I am going to try.

Week 4 check in:

Slowing increasing my steps since my injury. Average steps per day for week 4 is 5,778. Still a little shy of original goal of 8K but improving. I had ice cream only 1 day. Not too bad considering the heatwave we are experiencing. Finished book 6 out of a goal of 4. With injury I have walked less and read more. I started book 7 The Way of Kings which is 1007 pages. Doubt I can 👇

TheSpineView I doubt I can finish book before the end of the challenge. My goal is to get 1/2 read by the end of week 6. 5y

Here are my goals for round 2 of #BookFitnessChallenge. I am resting up for two days because I strained the muscle that runs along the top of my right foot and now my foot is swollen. It didn't help that the last two days I walked my 8K steps because I was determined to end strong. Anyway, I am looking forward to round two!

#bookfitnesschallenge week 2 is ahead!
My week 1 ended well, 5 out of the 7 days i hit my water goal. I was a little under the weather and only had 2 days of weights, but hope for more this week! Also I finished 2.5 books (one was realllllly short)
