One of my #BFCr2 goals is to incorporate more veggies into my diet. I crave sweets in the afternoon, so would have a hard time snacking on carrots or something. This muffin recipe from my Cooking Light cookbook was perfect for my goals and easy to make.

LibrarianJen Oooh! Once it‘s not to hot to use the oven I‘m going to have to try these! I need to start doing more home cooked meals and less processed ones. Maybe that will be a round 3 goal. 5y
