Mehso-so

Interesting. Alien virus on a comet comes to Earth billions of years ago, slowly working it's way up the evolutionary chain until it reaches home sapiens, and changes the way we think. Not much character development or plot, more about the biological theories. 3 💥💥💥 out of 5

It's not a big deal, but twice the author has referred to Earth as the fourth planet from the Sun. It's those kind of easily caught mistakes that bug me.

Texreader I think that‘s a pretty big mistake!! 5y
RamsFan1963 @Texreader It does make me question the validity of any science the author uses through the rest of the novel. 5y

Bookwomble If [big if] you consider the earth-moon as a binary planetary system, then you could possibly conceive of earth as being the fourth plant out from the sun 🌞 5y
swynn Maybe he's counting Vulcan, the hypothetical planet inside the orbit of Mercury. Because that's a pretty clumsy mistake otherwise ... 5y
RamsFan1963 @swynn Maybe...at the time of the story, the comet was passing Earth while it was still in its formative stage, all oceans. If he meant to suggest there was a planet closer to the sun, moving Earth to 4th place, he never mentions it again. Sadly, it's just I clumsy mistake IMHO. 5y
