It is so cold and this week looks super frigid… 🥶🥶🥶

I know I have chosen to live in Wisconsin but the last 2 weeks have been brutal and today is no different... 😩

And tomorrow makes day 3 of this horrific cold 🥶🥶 wish I didn‘t have to work so I could just hibernate.

This is the high temperature for today... 🌬️❄️

And tomorrow during the day is supposed to be just as bad (possibly even worse). It seems like a good time to hibernate in my house with a mountain of blankets, a lot of hot beverages & several books.

Living in Chicago you get used to cold, snowy winters—even if the past few years have been relatively mild & snow free. This week, however, is promising to bring WINTER in all its glory. The forecasted highs/lows are brutal midweek (& that doesn‘t include the wind chill) & I imagine there‘s a good chance school will be cancelled Wednesday and maybe even Thursday. Extra reading time for me & the kids. Now, what to read...what to read...
