Like @kaye I would also LOVE to see littens share how they came about having their Litsy handles. I use BlameJennyJane for Litsy, Instagram, Twitter and Xbox. I‘ve had it for years. My name is Jenny and my sisters used to blame me for everything, even when it wasn‘t me. Jane is because I used to wear mary janes all the time and it earned me a “goody two shoes” nickname...
so my handle represents both sides of me- innocent goody and troublemaker.

My #LitsyHandle is thebluestocking because I had a book blog for almost ten years called The Bluestocking Society. I came up with that name because I love the definition of a bluestocking: “an intellectual or literary woman.”

I use Bookish Shelly on social media and my, mostly neglected, book blog. It was hard to find something on Twitter and Wordpress that weren‘t already taken so I settled on this. It suits me since I don‘t have any other obsessions quite like books and I can‘t remember a time I wasn‘t obsessed with them. #LitsyHandle

Back in 2002 I needed a new email, so being in a new relationship, I chose andkyl4 (which stands for Andrea Kyle Forever), and I've used it in emails and social media ever since. But then Litsy came along. When I read about the app the article mentioned that because it was new lots of names were still available--which meant I could choose something new and bookish, so I downloaded the app and tried the first thing that came to mind! #ListyHandle

So when I joined Litsy I wanted to come up with something bookish. My first thought was SoManyBooksSoLittleTime, but I thought it was too long and wanted something more catchy. So my #LitsyHandle became Chasing-Pages, not sure why I added the dash but I was new and thought words needed spaces 😂

Hello!! My Name Is Myra. My mother‘s name is Marietta, hence Myra may seem like a shortened, junior version of it. I am really called Dada by family because my first name is Rhoda, and Myra is my second (and professional name).

Name: Yesenia; Arabic for flower or pretty flower (per my research). My mom heard it in a Mexican soap opera in 1990. It was the main character‘s name, a pretty gypsy girl. I was going to be Jessica.

I chose @Jess7 because all of my friends call me Jess and Seven is a lucky number and was available. I wanted a short Litsy handle so it would be easy to type and remember. Nothing super unique about it, but it feels too late to change it to anything more creative.
