It‘s always good to see a smile on Eeyore‘s face. When Eeyore is Googled there is an opportunity to choose optimism or pessimism… looking either for bright yellow sunny days or dismal grey rainy days. I happen to like rainy days every now and then, but today the vibe is sunshine and lots of it.

A prompt on this year‘s Reading Women challenge is a “feel-good or happy book” but most of the books on my TBR shelves & lists are.....not, LOL. I‘d really like to have some fun, lighthearted stuff to choose from when I want it, beyond just for this prompt, so gimme your recs, please! One thing: I‘m not a romance reader. I don‘t look down on the genre at all but I‘m not into steamy stuff. A novel w/a little romance is OK, though, especially LGBTQ.
pickThis was a colourful little walk down memory lane. The summer before grade 6,my cousin (who was obsessed with Winnie the Pooh) and I babysat our two younger cousins a lot. Every time we had to put the girls to sleep we would each read them a bedtime story, and I specifically remember this one being read over and over again. ❤️

Eeyore has always been and forever will be my favourite Winnie the Pooh character. Look at his sweet face! It‘s not his fault that he‘s always so mopey... he simply doesn‘t know how to be happy. ❤️
