Woman with the depression, living isolated life with the family in a lonely house, and when she decides to adopt an orphan boy her troubles becomes more deeper and serious. What I liked in this book is atmosphere. Vivid, calming descriptions of landscape in the contrast with the turmoil in the Isabel soul. I do think that the story is interesting, prose is good, the structure is dynamic, but I also think that the author is not a good storyteller.
