This is my motivation for trying to keep fit. Before she was born I was almost 300 lbs and couldn‘t walk a mile without my back hurting and having to stop several times. When my son told me he and his wife were expecting, I determined to change that so I could do things with her. I‘ve had my ups and downs, but I‘m in a lot better shape now.
