A HUGE thank you to all of you for being there for me when I was having a hard time earlier this week. It was one of those times when you feel like you can barely breathe through the anxiety and pain. It was brutal. The good news is that I‘m feeling better! Yay!! I spent a little over three hours yesterday making this binder for the art class that I‘m taking this year. It‘s made of cardboard, canvas, glue, paint, ink, cord & lots of beads/charms!

kamoorephoto I don‘t mean to pry but do you take anything for anxiety? I‘ve battled it for yonkers and it has taken me a long me a long time to find a med regimen that works. I hate knowing when other people are suffering. I‘m glad you‘re feeling a bit better though. Every day is a different one, as I see it, and feeling pass, thank goodness. They don‘t stay. I always remind myself this, and it took a long time for me to get that into my head!! Hugs💖💖 6y
slategreyskies @kamoorephoto I do not currently take anything for anxiety. I am on several other meds to help me manage my Bipolar I... My doctor really doesn‘t want to give me much for my anxiety, because I have an overdose in my history and also because some of the anxiety meds interact with the other meds I‘m on. It‘s very frustrating, and it‘s a struggle some of the time. 6y
