Is this your package @RachelO ? Just letting you know as you said it was tracked postage so it should have been paid for, I don't want you to have paid and them saying you haven't.
rockpools Oh no, I‘m so sorry! I took it to the PO & they weighed & stuck the correct price on (it was just 2nd class so Qb). I wonder if it could have come unstuck in the post. I‘ve got the proof of postage/tracking number at home, but I‘m just off on my hols, so away for the next 10 days. I‘ll see if anyone can photo the details- if you want to leave it, I‘ll resend it if it‘s returned to me. Otherwise I‘ll refund you the postage if you end up paying. 5y
rockpools I‘ve been quite lucky with Litsy mail up until now - this is the first one that‘s gone pear-shaped in either direction. Give me a couple of days & I‘ll see if I can find a photo of the receipt. So sorry again Victoria! 5y
Birdsong28 @RachelO It's fine, I just wanted to check that is all as I knew that nothing else was due to come to me. I thought you would have paid for it, but it's only £3 it's not worth trying to debate with Royal Mail as I have tried to contact them myself and they never answer the phone/emails. Also I don't want to you stress about it whilst on holiday. I will pay, no need for refunding me. I am really grateful for your time putting together the package. 5y
