Day one of the #Bookfitnesschallenge #BFC was a bust. I stress ate the day away.
Day two is starting out better.
I took my car for an oil change. Instead of waiting for it I walked home. When it is ready I'll walk back.
I'm also preparing for a Juice Feast to kick start my healthy eating plan. This bunch of lovely ladies are going to help me. 😊

I had fast food 5 times this past work week. Plus candy and/or cookies EVERY DAY. I need to get my shit together.

I really enjoyed the artistic layout of the book and Tara's writing style. I definitely found a lot of things that I think will be really helpful for the path I want to go on. It's all about getting to know yourself and your needs through yoga and meditation so that you can make your own rules to live by. There are some great yoga routines and recipes in here as well that I can't wait to try!
