5 posts | 1 read
You've wanted to read the entire Bible but ...how? Now you can, in one year! My Daily Catholic Bible is the only method that: - Divides all of sacred Scripture into 365 segments - Features two short, manageable readings for each day, one from the Old Testament and one from the New Testament - Includes a saint for each day, and a quote or saying associated with that person.

#bible Done! Took me 13 months rather than one year but I did it! Not gonna lie I struggled through the repetitiveness of some books and slowed almost to a halt trying to digest the prophets, nevermind the lists of names which I tried to consciously and tediously pronounce. But I did it! I very much recommend this book if you‘d like to read the Bible in one year as it breaks up the readings really well with a bit of Old Testament and New each day.

Pam.Kokomo I am almost done reading the entire Bible through my first time as a Catholic convert! It‘s amazing how many times I thought, “How did I not see that before??” ❤️ 2y
PAFoldedBookArt Awesome! @Pam.Kokomo When did you convert? 2y

“The law that is perfect because it takes away all imperfections is charity. You find it written with a strange beauty when you gaze at Jesus your Savior stretched out like a sheet of parchment on the cross, inscribed with wounds, illustrated in His own loving blood. Where else is there a comparible book of love from which to read?” - Blessed Jordon of Saxony
