1. My "to-do" list is full of writing and graphic design work
2. My last weekend was great. I relaxed and enjoyed my family. Got a couple workouts in. In all very mellow.

Late in this book, the author describes this as "a book about intense fearmongering and creative swearing." Brockway discusses the multiple ways the apocalypse could happen from bio- or nanotechnology to natural disasters, along with a couple of overlooked historical moments when it could have already happened. The book is well-researched, but some of its references are a bit dated and sometimes the humor is a little off target. Still fun.
At some point I put this down and then realized I had no desire to pick it back up. I'm just gonna let this one go. I feel like Brockway's style of writing is better suited to fiction. Still excited to read his next Vicious Circuit book though!
"TIME TO WAKE UP AND SMELL THE APOCALYPSE." ?? #currentlyreading and also perfect for #macabremonday!
