While predictable, this was an enjoyable story of three lady friends in their 50‘s reuniting and hashing over their lives, including one particularly scary event from when they were 11. It was a pretty fast and easy read.

It‘s a slow morning at work, glad I brought my book. I‘m enjoying it more than I thought I would. I found this at a Friends of the Library sale. I see I‘m the only one who has posted on this title. Has anyone read any of her other books?
In the first 80 pages I considered bailing, but 2/3 through now and it‘s gotten much better. Glad I stuck with it!
It‘s another grey and cold day. Took a bit of a walk at The Domain, a huge outdoor shopping and dining center in North Austin to snap a store sign- mmmm, too bad it‘s too cold for Mochi. But the Saki‘s hot! (And Miso 🍵)

This book is ok, not great. It‘s a fast read though, so I‘ll probably finish it anyway.
#redspines for #17rainbowbooks. This is my TBR shelf, which handily is already arranged in a rainbow!
